RETURNS
RETURNS MUST BE REQUESTED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ITEM(S).
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, ITEM(S) MUST BE UNWORN AND IN ORIGINAL CONDITION AND IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
ALL ITEMS WILL BE INSPECTED BEFORE REFUND AMOUNT IS PROCESSED.
IF ITEMS DO NOT MEET REQUIREMENTS, YOUR RETURN REQUEST WILL BE DENIED.
CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING FEE BACK TO OUR RETURN CENTER.
EXCHANGES
EXCHANGES CAN BE MADE FOR A DIFFERENT ITEM OR STORE CREDIT ONLY. ALL EXCHANGES MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ITEM(S). SUBMIT ALL EXCHANGE REQUEST USING THE CONTACT FORM.

CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR EXCHANGE SHIPPING FEE BACK TO OUR RETURN CENTER.
ONLY ONE EXCHANGE REQUEST IS ALLOWED PER ORDER
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
STANDARD PROCESSING TIME FOR ORDERS IS 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS TO BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED. ORDERS PLACED AFTER 6 PM (EST) MAY BE PROCESSED THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY. WE CANNOT CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS OR THE SHIPPING METHOD SELECTED AFTER CHECKOUT.

ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED, AN EMAIL WILL BE SENT TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS PROVIDED ON THE ORDER WITH YOUR SHIPMENT'S TRACKING INFORMATION.
CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MONITORING THE DELIVERY OF THEIR SHIPMENT ONCE AN ORDER HAS LEFT OUR WAREHOUSE.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES CONFIRMED TO BE DELIVERED TO THE PROVIDED ADDRESS. UPON REQUEST, WE WILL CONFIRM PROVIDED ADDRESS, DATE OF DELIVERY, & SHIPPING CARRIER INFORMATION. FOR LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES PLEASE CONTACT SHIPPING CARRIER TO FILE A CLAIM.
